Starting Spring 2020 the amount of maintenance works done on Samsung devices has grown significantly due to centralization of services. Aito Support is still partly fixing the extra traffic from Spring and we are doing all we can so that the customers would get their devices back from maintenance and into use as soon as possible. We will enhance the transparency of our service by opening a new service to our website soon where the customer can check the situation of the maintenance themselves. We have also just deployed a new exchange service which will greatly increase the accessibility of our service points.
