How do I send my device to maintenance?

Package the device along with the buy/warranty receipt to the same package. The package should have enough padding for the device to not be damaged during transport. You can also write down your name, the name of your device, the model and a description of the defect/s and your own contact information to paper in a clear handwriting! We have the service order with your name on it.

Take the package to a post office and ask a receipt of the package you sent which should have the tracking number that can be uses to track the package if necessary. The delivery should not be sent as a letter. You can find the sending information below:
